S. Martin Keleti has worked in intellectual property and entertainment law throughout his career, as well as on a wide variety of business and personal legal matters, including contractual disputes, personal injury lawsuits, estate planning, and real estate litigation. He also has handled probate, divorce, and guardianship proceedings. He has handled cases from pleadings, through trial, and on appeal, including a number of cases which have set legal precedents.
Mr. Keleti graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1989 from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
Mr. Keleti is a member of the California Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (which includes California) and United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (which handles certain patent and trademark appeals nationwide), as well as a number of United States District Courts.
